Everyone that joins our staff passes the following:

• Drug screen
  
• Full Background Check
  
• Test on our Training Board (parts and equipment)
  
• Test on customer education (remote knowledge) on in-office setup
  
• Completes "ride-along" until they are confirmed as prepared to get out on their own by our designated on-site trainers(s)
